Delivery Information


The delivery charges quoted are for all standard UK mainland addresses.

Delivery surcharges apply to the following areas:-

Postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and any other offshore locations. Please see attached pricing zones for individual postcodes. If you wish an item to be delivered to any of these areas please email us for an individual quote.

Please note there is a surcharge for Saturday delivery.

Once we have received cleared funds we will despatch the item within 24hrs (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for next working day delivery.

A signature will be required on delivery of your shipment, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign for the consignment during business hours. You will be required to check the box of the item for any damage at the time of signing. In the unlikely event that the item is received damaged or with missing parts you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

If we cannot deliver the goods when we first try, there may be an extra charge of £6.00 to cover the couriers additional costs to us.

Items can only be delivered to the address given at the time of ordering.

Any item that you purchased from us can be returned if you change your mind, provided that it is unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct £7.50 per parcel from any refund issued for goods returned to us when you have changed your mind. This sum covers the courier cost for delivering your item/s to you initially regardless of whether the item is advertised with free P&P.
